Born in beautiful Switzerland, I was introduced to nature at an early age, thanks to my parents, who took me on shorter and longer hikes nearly every weekend. Through these experiences, I learned to appreciate the wilderness and the beauty of our Alpine landscape — whether it’s the Grandezza of towering mountains, the spectacular interplay of light and shadow during sunrise and sunset, the starry night sky, or the remarkable agility of wildlife in steep terrains.

At first, I quietly appreciated nature, but when I received my first DSLR (a Canon 300D), I began a lifelong journey of learning to capture the beauty of our planet. Over the years, my perspective has shifted, and I now see photography as an act of meditation rather than merely a way to document moments. It allows me to fully immerse myself in the present, and I am deeply grateful to have embarked on this journey more than 20 years ago.

My portfolio spans a wide range of subjects, from serene landscapes and wildlife to astrophotography, with the occasional urban scene also making an appearance.
